HOMESTEAD RATES

NZ$145 per night for 2 people. Plus $25 per night per person for up to 2 more people. Minimum booking 4 nights

SPECIALS:

Last minute booking specials sometimes available within 2 weeks of arrival date. Especially for couples on their own. Please ask.

A deposit of NZ$300 confirms a booking and the balance is payable 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Visa and Mastercard are accepted or direct payment into our bank in Rarotonga

Airport transfers can be arranged for NZ$15 per person one way.

Cancellation Policy:

More than 1 month notice: full refund of deposit less bank charges
2-4 weeks notice: 2 nights charged.
Less than 2 weeks notice: no refund unless the unit is resold.
